POWER
The power industry is related to generating Energy by using power stations. In this market the materials must be resistant to high temperatures. OFFSHORE
In the offshore industry the common steel grades are the ones with a high yield strength i.e. API5L Gr. X52/60/65. The materials must be able to operate under fierce conditions. High yield carbon steel and duplex steel grades are chosen by engineers because of the good characteristics under these heavy circumstances in combination with offshore environments. The type of products that are required in this industry are often more special like custom made pipes, fittings or flanges. A high service level and flexibility are required to get these materials delivered as soon as possible.
